Welcome to Isabella & Bay.

We invite you to read this Privacy Policy, which explains our privacy practices and how we treat your information. It describes the types of information collected and created in connection with your use of Isabella & Bay, how and why we use such information, who we share it with and your legal rights. This Privacy Policy (referred to as the Policy) applies how we use, collect and process all personal information and has been written in order to comply with the Data Protection Act 2018.

Your use of the Isabella & Bay booking system is included in this Policy.

Who controls the use of my information?

Isabella & Bay is the data controller of all personal data provided to us or that we might otherwise obtain.

The information we collect:-

Personal information

IIsabella & Bay may collect and use the following types of personal information from you

 

+ Contact Data: information that you provide in order to book a class such as name, email and phone details

+ Identity Data and the contact information as above

+ Financial Data: data you provide so that we can process payments, including transaction data

+ Children’s Data: information about your child including name, age, gender and any other useful

information such as allergies

+ Marketing Data includes your preferences in receiving marketing from Isabella & Bay

Payment services for Isabella & Bay are provided through Stripe so any payment using this service does not result in our obtaining any personal bank details, credit or debit card information.

Personal data you provide to us

From time to time you may provide us with personal data because you have booked a class or you are providing feedback or reviews or generally in connection with queries and comments. We shall process all such personal data in accordance with this policy but we must also ask you to provide us at all times with accurate data that we may ask you to provide in the course of your interactions with Isabella & Bay. Any contact by email or post will be kept as a record of our correspondence with you.

How we use your personal information

Isabella & Bay will only collect, use and process the information we have about you for the purposes described in this Policy and only to the extent where permitted by U.K. law.

In summary contact data is obtained to enable us to perform the contract entered into with us for the delivery of our classes. Financial information and services is only obtained for the purposes of payment for our classes and to allow refunds where circumstances occur and in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

 

Your rights

You benefit from a number of rights in relation to your information that we process. In summary these are as follows:-

Request access

We will provide personal information we hold about you upon receipt of a written request for you.

Rectify, restrict, limit, delete

Upon receipt of a written request from you you can ask us to rectify, restrict, limit and/or delete any/all your personal information we hold.

Revoke consent

In relation to the consents you have previously provided, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your information at any time, although this will inevitably impact out ability to deliver any remaining contractual obligations for which payment has already been received.

Complain

Any concerns you have concerning in relation to this policy and/or our use of your personal information should we raised with us in the first instance when we will review and revert as soon as practicable. You also have the right to contact the ICO at www.ico.org.uk.

Data retention

Isabella & Bay are committed to retaining personal data only for as long as is necessary and will delete personal data as soon as is reasonably practicable, longer than storing that personal information securely until deletion.

We have set out in this Privacy Policy our understanding of our obligations to you under the Data Protection Act and hope that in summarising that understanding as set out above we have addressed any questions that you might have.
