Abby's Story

𝐻𝑒𝓇𝑒 𝐼 𝒶𝓂 … with the biggest ambition to spread love, connection and happiness through my circles and beyond.

So many mamas will have heard me say this hundreds of times- but I really do mean it when I say the biggest heartfelt thank you .. & that I truly couldn’t be more passionate and love what I do more! I could shout it from the rooftops about all the amazing benefits of baby massage/baby yoga for both you and your baby .. but one of my biggest, biggest, biggest reasons I am so passionate about how I truly want my circles to feel - is for all mamas to feel they come to a safe, calm, slow little space every week .. where it’s not just a “baby class” but a space to forget about everything else.. any worries ( because we all have them) and create a little love bubble with your baby .. where you can take a few deep breaths, press pause and connect with other like minded mamas too.

This is one reason I love to keep my sessions small - so it’s not overwhelming when you walk through the door - because walking through the door with your new baby is a huge achievement in itself and I’ll always be there with a big smile , and a warm cuppa for you!

Starting Isabella and Bay was my true path .. my little venture enabled me to bring both my passions together, to create a holistic baby class for both mama & baby .. with previously running baby classes for many years, and my background in the holistic/beauty world for almost 20 years - I just knew I just had to create what I love to call our Isabella & Bay parent and baby circles.

I am a qualified baby massage & baby yoga instructor and also a Hygge practitioner.. and absolutely love to bring this into my circles , with soft lighting, candles, calm music, cosiness and heuristic style play.

I can’t wait to welcome everyone to my classes, each and every course we all go on a little journey together... and ohh boy... each and every one of those journeys are so special to me!

Abby is absolutely fantastic at what she does and gives you the warmest welcome to her classes, so much so that we attended 4 of her courses. You feel so relaxed as soon as you enter the room with all the gorgeous aesthetics, lighting and music (not to mention your hot drinks and biscuits)!

We cannot thank you enough for the gorgeous memories and keepsakes you’ve given both Joel and I over the past 6-7 months. I’m so lucky to have met such a genuine and lovely person as well, you really are amazing.

I couldn’t recommend Abby’s classes enough. I’m just so gutted I missed out on these with my first born due to covid, so only had the chance to attend with my second. I have already recommended her classes to new mum friends and pregnant friends and will continue to do so.

Abby's classes on a Thursday were the highlight of our week. We would have loved to stay at her classes longer but my baby is just turning 1 and is on the move now. We are keeping everything crossed for an older baby workshop potentially in the pipeline for the future!
